The most outstanding aspect of Kibaki achievements is Nairobi city status. It is much cleaner than I have ever seen it. And clean up continues! Kibaki for another term-definately

In terms of development, I thick Kibaki"s government has done a good job. However,it has become extreamly difficul for the common mwananchi to put food on the table. The government should do more in regulating the prices of food.

It is incredible what President Kibaki has done to our economy in the only four years he has ben in power.Just to name but afew the road net work in country has and are being carpeted, free primary education which some of our visionless policians thought could not be achievable is doing well, many colapsed parastatals like kmc,kcc and agricultural sector in general have been revived and myriad of other development projects cdf, rural electrification included.Hon.Kibaki merits another term .It is beyond any reasonable doubt that if he took over power since 1997 this country would be edging out of Third word countries club by now.Kudos Prezo Kibaki, long life Kibaki. As a parting `short I reiterate the slogan; KIBAKI TOSHA

Hello.
Thanks for the very informative web site, and I believe kenya is heading the right path with the current regime.
My one comment and advice, is that this web site should be constantly updated with current and ongoing development projects and activities, to kenya kenyan informed about kenya today.
Thanks

why is government focussing only on primary and secondary section forgetting we in public universities are suffering coz the meagre loan we are being given by government via helb cannot sustain us.some of my collegues have already differed coz there parents could not be able to afford ther upkeep.the other issue is concerning pararell students:why is it that some courses especially in university of nairobi are reserved for pararrel students only e.g microbiology

Indeed,we can see what is being done. There is need to bring in the youth in government.Have more youths as permanent secretaries and head of parastators

president kibaki is the most development concious to lead kenya, butthe District given to garissa should not be gambled with as Lacdera has 5 divisions while fafi has only one,we are watching and wonder if kibakis goverment is like mois-giving wananchi guessing what next-please prov. Admin should give where it deserves-marginilised people,it does not need many things to see who deserves it now

The government seems to be doing a good job in most sectors but public health leaves a lot to be desired. The Kibera slum that attracts a lot of foreign press is a crying shame.Iam sure some of the basic needs such as good sanitation are relatively cheap and affordable for the government if there is a will. Is there an active health protection policy for the public by any chance?

I am particulary happy with the running of the Kibaki Government and the development projects intiated by the Government. It is evident that the rural women and Children have started enjoying the fruits of Uhuru. Keep it up.
